Everything is kept on a high security server which is keeping you safe. 

This data (so-called log files) that are transmitted to are server:

  • IP Address of the requesting device.
  • Time and date of the request.
  • Address of the website and requesting the website.
  • Information of the browser being used, the operating system and the ISP.
  • Online identifiers (e.g device identifiers, session IDs).
  • Volume

 

The data processing of this access data is necessary to enable the visit of the website and the use of the apps provided by our equipment providers the same rules MUST ALWAYS COMPLY and lastly facilitates the functionality and safety of our systems. 

For the purposes described up above , access data is temporarily stored in internal log files to provide statistical information about the use of our website and apps we provide in order to provide our website with the usage habits of our visitors. For example, the volume of mobile devices, tablets, desktops and any other device that can get online to an internet browser used to retrieve the pages and to maintain our website and apps. Administratively   in general. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) l. 1 lit. f GDPR.

This shall include the possibility of reviewing and configuring your alarm system, support requests and the ability to order products through us from your favorite no.1, well loved top leading brands. We have highlighted the data by labelling them as required. These are your first, middle and surname (entry of your middle name is optional), telephone number, email address and password. Registration isn't possible without this data. The legal basis for this process is Article 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

 

 3.4 Applications (APPs)

 

As part of our marketing activities with our providers, we're required to use your personal information such as your first name, middle name which is up to you but you don't have to if you don't want to and your surname, home address, telephone number or email address and country of residence.

In order to download and install our app from an app store (e.g. Google Play Store or Apple App Store), you must first register with the provider of the app store for a user account and enter into a corresponding usage agreement with the store. We have no influence on this, in particular we are not party to the contract between you and the store. When downloading and installing the app, the necessary information is transferred to the respective app store, in particular your username, email address, the time of download and the individual device identification number. We have no control over this data collection and are not responsible for it. We only process this provided data to the extent necessary for downloading and installing the app on your mobile device (e.g. smartphone, tablet). 4.2 Push news

 

The app can provide you with information through so-called push messages, even if you are not using the app in the foreground (e.g. status messages about the alarm system).   • Contact number (s).

  • Email address.

  • First and last name of emergency contacts.

  • Call logs and all correspondence.

  • GPS data.

  • System user logs including alarm and response events.

All phone calls are recorded and stored in a secure third-party database. The legal basis is both the contract concluded between you and us under Article 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, as well as Article 6 (1) lit. c GDPR i.V.m. EN 50518, according to which the telephone traffic of an alarm reception point must be recorded.

 

5.3 Emergency contacts

 

Emergency contacts will only be contacted if an alarm is raised and we will not be able to reach you. Emergency contacts can be your partners, family members, neighbors, friends or co-workers. The following data of the emergency contacts are collected:

 

 

  • First and last name.

  • Mobile.

  • Email address.

 

 

If you provide us with personal information about these individuals, you must inform us that these individuals have agreed that their personal information can be used for the purpose of using it as your emergency contact person. You also state that this is in your and our legitimate interest. We will process this personal information to the extent permitted under the terms of this Privacy Notice. If after we have collected the personal data of your emergency contacts and they do not already have the information that we process their data, we will contact them and provide them with our privacy notice.

If an emergency contact indicates that it does not want to act as an emergency contact, we will remove it from your emergency contact list. For this purpose, the emergency contact should contact dataprotection-TGNW2@Gmail.com .

The legal basis is Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Storage is necessary to protect your legitimate interests in the security of your property.

 

5.4 Data processing as part of the alarm system records and security surveillance

In order to be able to offer our comprehensive alarm service, a wide range of data on our part is processed securely as part of an alarm recording.

 

  • If an alarm is activated or deactivated, the data points are processed: Time of alarm, method used to activate or deactivate the alarm.

 

  • If your alarm is triggered, we will process images and video recordings of your property according to the type of device set up in your property. Image capture and video recording take place without storage. When an alarm is triggered, within a short period of a period of seconds, photos are shot from the camera and transmitted to our local trusted Alarm Response Centre as well as your app depending what model of alarm system you have got fitted. Only certain employees will have access to these images. As long as no alarm has been raised, it is not possible for our employees to view the video/images of your cameras.

 

  • Depending on your product, you can use the system at any time to view and photograph your property.

 

  • In the event of an alarm triggered, we will record your GPS location to determine whether or not you are at home at the time of the alarm.

 

The legal basis is the contract concluded between you and us under Article 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

 

5.5 Data processing when the camera system is in comfort mode

 

  • Depending on your product , you can use the system at any time to view and photograph / record your property.

 

  • Depending on the system and devices installed at your property, you can create videos and images through movement/ audio triggered recording, livestreaming, continuous recording and customer-initiated recording.

 

  • We process these commands in relation to videos/images on your behalf in order for the devices to respond to your instruction. We do not have access to these images/ video.

 

  • These images could also be stored on an SD card inserted into the device. This card is entirely your property and your responsibility. We do not have access to the images on the SD card.

 

In regards to our Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Cameras we use trusted brands that DO NOT IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM use technology developed in China or Europe (EU) as they have untrustworthy components and software that are not trusted and therefore could become rouge which would be extremely harmful to your ring of security around your home and or business.

 

All of our cameras and recorders including the cameras that pair with your alarm system are by default NDAA compliant .

 

NDAA compliant CCTV Cameras and CCTV camera related devices use secure, vetted components and software that ensure your safety and security. There are certain brands out in the security sector that are not trusted such as Verisure, Dahua, etc as they involve Huawei, Essence International and other manufactures who develop security components that are critical and cause malicious activity. Thanks to their development and implementations of AI driven products, they generate racial alarms, used to wrongfully track, manipulate and oppress ethnic minorities in Xinjiang.

 

We'll NEVER be a partner of Verisure, Dahua, or any other untrustworthy brands and we strongly and highly WILL NOT buy, invest or install their products due to their ethnics and operations overseas in Asia and Europe.

 

Our alarms and cameras are designed and carefully developed here in Great Britain with North American and Canadian components and technologies for a safe and secure installation meaning we can stand behind our systems and services with trust and confidence that they're trusted, we don't use what we can't trust and we don't use what you can't trust either.
